Follow 6 easy steps and you will be on your way to designing your dream home.

1-choose your floor plans

There are 4 main house sizes to choose from (36'X26'), (36'X28'), (38'X26') and (38'X28'). Each box size has several different 1st & 2nd floor plans that you can choose from.

2-choose your main options

The following 5 options can be added to any main house selected in this book.

* In both 36' & 38' box widths the stairs are located in the same location

* Both stairs are located in the same location for the 26' depth & 28' depth; this allows you to use a 28' depth 2nd floor on a 26' depth 1st floor plan which produces a 2' cantilevered 2nd floor off the back.

3-choose your misc options

4-choose your roof pitch

All homes come with either an 8 or 10 pitch roof.

((Optional roof pitches are available; call for details)

5-choose your foundation

* All homes, breezeways & family rooms rooms come with a standard full

foundation. Garages will come with a 4' frost wall and all porches, decks

& sunrooms will come with 10" sona tubes.

* Walkout basements are available. The foundation will be stepped down to

achieve a natural grade (location of the walk-out will need to be discussed -

please call and we can discuss your situation) minor charges might apply.

* All lally column supports will be at standard spacing. If you wish to clear

span a specific area of your basement an LVL beam can be speced at

your local home center.

1. WINDOWS:

In all of the designs both gable ends of the house come without windows in order to add garages, breezeways and rec rooms to either side. If you wish to add additional windows you may do so.

2. CHIMNEYS & FIREPLACE:

When adding a chimney or fireplace there are some conditions to be considered

You can add either a 3' or 4' cupola to any roof

3. CUPOLA'S:

The size of the bulkhead is based on your site grade. We can show detail of its proposed location but actual size will be determined by your builder.
